ESMS Inova, LLC has an immediate opening in Weatherford, TX for a Full-Time (30+ hours per week) Receptionist at our busy referral hospital, Equine Sports Medicine & Surgery (“ESMS”).
IMPORTANT: Only applicants with a working knowledge of the horse industry will be considered.
Established in 2002 ESMS is a large multiple-veterinarian equine practice offering services including ICU and critical care, hospitalization, 24-hour emergencies, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, CAT, surgery, lameness, reproduction, ambulatory, dentistry, and wellness.
The Receptionist focuses on exceptional client service and communication by scheduling appointments, gathering client data, billing, data entry, handling phone calls, client receiving and discharge, client communications, filing and promoting hospital services.
This position requires practical knowledge of the standard procedures, veterinary records, and terminology used in an equine practice.
Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of the horse industry, required.
• Experience in a veterinary practice, preferred.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, positive attitude with strong work ethic.
• Easily communicate with clients in person and by phone and e-mail.
• Commitment to outstanding client service.
• Excellent computer and organizational skills.
• Ability to efficiently handle multiple telephone lines.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
