Veterinarian
Dr. Lindsay Taylor was raised as the 5th generation on her family’s cow-calf ranch in Nebraska. Horses are an integral part of the ranch work, and her family raised horses for both ranch use and to compete in cutting & rodeo. In high school, Lindsay won state championships in both the breakaway roping and the cutting. She attended the University of Nebraska on a Regent’s Scholarship, where she was the Great Plains Regional Champion Breakaway Roper. She went on to place 4th at the College National Finals Rodeo. Lindsay earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University in 2026. Outside of veterinary medicine, Lindsay, alongside her husband, Kelly, are passionate about raising, training, and competing on great rope horses. Dr. Taylor is ecstatic to join the team at Athens Equine.
