Kirk Eddleman is a professional veterinary practice manager, consultant, author & presenter. He is a founding partner of INOVA Partners, LLC., a veterinary business consulting and management company providing directional management and back office support to veterinarians who want to better manage and grow their practices.
Prior to joining ESMS, Kirk served as a Hospital Administrator for the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital at Texas A&M University. Kirk also worked as the Large Animal ICU and Technical Staff Coordinator, and the Chair of the Infectious Diseases Control Committee for the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital.
Kirk has years of veterinary technical experience in all aspects of equine medicine and surgery. He's written dozens of articles for veterinary technical and managerial publications and lectures on the technical and business aspects of veterinary practice.
